ASCII Data Exchange FilesExpressYard can generate all formats of data exchange files, including custom formats you may require, for any estimate or invoice contained in the system.
Price MasterRepairs entered into the system are automatically priced using the AAR-determined pricing contained in the AAR Price Master. Updates to Price Master are done automatically, with no user intervention, as they are published, ensuring you will always be using the latest pricing data.
Contract RatesExpressYard also contains a very flexible user pricing system, enabling you to specify contract prices and standards for material and/or labor based on the repair information entered, the customer being billed, the inventory parts applied, the location the repairs were performed and more. Plus, any prices you define do not need to be updated when new AAR Price Masters are released; the changes are automatically integrated without overwriting your information!
Estimates and Work OrdersAfter a car inspection is complete, ExpressYard allows users to send estimates to customers via fax or email in PDF format or as Data Exchange compatible records. Approved inspections can then be used to generate work orders. These work orders can be printed from the online system or viewed on the rugged wireless handheld, allowing crews to check off items in real time as they are completed.
