Forecasting and Efficiency TrackingUsing ExpressYard's labor tracking module, the actual hours spent working on a car can be compared against the hours billed for that car giving you your efficiency for every car repaired. And before cars are completed, you can forecast the approximate amount of work remaining by comparing the estimated hours against the hours currently completed.
