 ExpressYard features a complete part inventory management system. With ExpressYard's inventory system you can generate purchase orders, maintain part information, track low, on-hand and on-order quantities and automatically allocate inventory to repairs.
Automatic Part ConsumptionExpressYard's inventory system eliminates the need to manually assign inventory parts to repairs by allowing parts to be associated with particular job codes and condition codes. Repairs added with these codes will then have any associated parts automatically allocated.
Low Part Count Alerts ExpressYard alerts users when part counts go below pre-defined minimums, allowing staff to respond quickly and reorder parts before stock runs out.
Purchase OrdersWhen part quantities do get low, inventory can be replenished using ExpressYard's optional purchase order system. Purchase orders can be generated, received against and tracked by date, vendor or part number.
Price ManagementExpressYard allows inventory part costs, standards, mark ups and quantities to be managed through an easy to use settings interface. Part cost markups can be defined per customer. As material is received into inventory, ExpressYard automatically determines your average part cost for each received part.
