Input Validation
The handheld provides instant validation of all data right on the handheld without having to sync. The existence of cars are checked in the UMLER database, and repairs are validated against the AAR Interchange Rules.

ExpressYard handheld units' integrated security requires users to login with their unique PIN number before entering data. This allows administrative staff to track who has entered information and ensure unauthorized users don't.

ExpressYard's wireless handhelds allow field personnel to enter and access data both on-site and off-site. ExpressYard handhelds are compatible with 802.11b wireless and almost all major cell phone service providers.
